Your planning fee covers the behind-the-scenes work: consult call, Airbnb shortlisting, itinerary design, activity recommendations, booking coordination, and a polished schedule your group can actually follow. Any lodging, activity tickets, meals, and add-ons are paid separately at cost.

For the widest Airbnb and activity availability, we recommend 4–8 weeks out. Planning closer in is sometimes possible—especially for smaller groups—so don’t hesitate to ask. We’ll be honest about what’s realistic for your dates.

Most getaways are designed for groups of 4–10, but we can plan for a cozy weekend for two or a larger group with the right space. If you’re celebrating something special, we’ll suggest options that keep everyone comfortable and connected.

We’ll coordinate the plan end-to-end, and payments are typically made directly to Airbnb and vendors so everything is transparent. If a vendor requires a deposit to hold a spot, we’ll flag it early and walk you through the easiest way to handle it.

Totally normal. Tell us your vibe—relaxing, foodie, outdoorsy, crafty, celebratory—and any “musts” or “no thanks.” We’ll curate a few themed options (wine tasting, spa time, charcuterie workshop, kayaking, boating, and more) and refine from there.
